About Me
I chose the profession of psychotherapist not by chance, having a first education in another specialty. I'm glad I decided to change my profession.
I am a psychoanalyst, a psychotherapist working in the psychoanalytic approach. My direction is called «relational psychoanalysis». The ability to build and maintain relationships affects not only communication with other people. Self-perception, self-esteem, self-awareness, the ability to rely on oneself, and much more are also formed in relationships. Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to start noticing what is happening in your relationships (with yourself and others), as well as to change what you don't like. This type of therapy works well with a frequency of meetings from 2 times a week.
